Located in Boaz, AlaTrade Foods’ Boaz facility has been a cornerstone of our operations since opening in 2004. The operation specializes in precision poultry deboning and value-added processing solutions designed to support further processors, institutional customers, and foodservice partners nationwide.
The facility combines skilled hand-deboning expertise with advanced automation technology, including Gainco Yield Plus and Foodmate systems, to deliver consistent, high-quality poultry products with exceptional yield performance.
In addition to the back-half deboning operations, the plant offers portioning capabilities for breast meat and tenders, producing fillets, butterflies, tenders, and diced chicken solutions tailored to the customer specifications.
Committed to the highest standards in food safety and quality assurance, the Boaz facility is BRC-certified and is subject to ongoing USDA inspection. The facility also uses multiple advanced Anritsu X-ray detection systems and maintains on-site USDA grading capabilities for products that support school nutrition programs.
Operating three production shifts with dedicated third-shift sanitation, the Boaz facility reflects AlaTrade Foods’ commitment to operational excellence, food safety, and dependable customer partnerships. The 34,700-square-foot operation includes specialized processing, cold storage, and shipping capabilities designed to efficiently serve customers across a wide range of poultry applications.

Located in Albertville, AlaTrade Foods’ facility has been a key part of the company’s growth and operational network since it opened in 2005. The facility specializes in poultry deboning, advanced portioning, and value-added processing solutions for foodservice, retail, institutional, and further processing customers.
Designed for high-volume, precision production, the facility processes a wide range of poultry products, including breast meat, tenders, and wings. Advanced technologies, including multiple JBT/DSI intelligent water-jet portioning systems, allow the plant to deliver highly accurate sizing and customized product specifications. Additional capabilities include tender trimming, wing sectioning, marination, and customized packaging programs tailored to customer requirements.
The Albertville facility serves as a trusted co-packing and processing partner for leading poultry companies and national brands, producing products to exact customer specifications while maintaining strict food safety and quality standards. The operation is BRC-certified, utilizes advanced X-ray inspection systems, and is subject to continuous USDA inspection to ensure product integrity, consistency, and customer confidence.
Operating multiple production shifts with dedicated sanitation support, the Albertville facility reflects AlaTrade Foods’ commitment to operational excellence, customer responsiveness, and scalable protein solutions. The approximately 56,000-square-foot facility includes dedicated processing, cold storage, shipping, and dry storage areas designed to efficiently support high-capacity poultry operations and nationwide distribution.
